David Francis _{B.A.Sc (Engineering) ,M.B.A.}                                

David Francis received his Engineering designation from the University of Toronto. He graduated Masters in Business Administration majoring in Entrepreneurial Studies and New Venture creativity. He managed and grew a metal recycling operation to $100 million in sales as Plant Manager then as General Manager of the Montreal division. Through executive recruitment he advanced and operated a plastic recycling company.  Assisted in forecasting he raised $7 million of venture capital to complete the facility and operated one of the first plants of this type. He brings experience of start-up and expansions to mergers and acquisitions. Francis recently finished plans for diverse business including metal spinning operations, metal stamping, polyurethane moulding, water bottling in Panama, and a wind to power company.

Raised funding for a sixteen million dollar bottle water project in Panama.

Raised financing for an Aamco Franchise.   A majority of it goodwill.

At Metals and Alloys raised over a million dollars in funding for capital projects that related to R & D projects.

Led presentations at Resource Plastics for the government to raise 1.5 million dollars of Scientific Research and Industrial Tax Credits.
