100% European bank debt
Financing up to 100% of the business purchase price through an established European bank. Includes an 11-year term with interest at approximately 3%. The first year is interest-free, with the first interest payment due at the end of year two. Minimum deal size is $5 million USD.
Non-recourse SBLC monetization
Leverage a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) where our monetizer delivers approximately 80% of the instrument face value in cash. This is a non-recourse facility with no principal repayment, repaid through a private placement program (PPP). Minimum deal size is $4 million USD.
Private capital for real estate
Direct access to seasoned private lenders targeting acquisitions with commercial real estate backing. Rates range from 8% to 10% interest. Requires an upfront commitment fee of $13,000 USD to begin underwriting and deal processing.
